This time it’s a #nofoodpost. Today I will show you a glimpse of the local market or open market in Suresnes, Paris. It’s a popular market called “Zola market,” which occurs twice a week in Suresnes, Paris. The Zola market is an open market located on Place du Général Leclerc. It takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you reside in Suresnes, you can get your hands on some of the freshest fruits, veggies, fish, etc. to prepare something delicious “pour le déjeuner” 😉 And if you are a bit lazy lad, you can enjoy your shopping and enjoy some French cuisine at the market side. One can explore different eateries, restaurants, takeaway corners, etc, at this place. And the best thing is that this buzzing place serves gastronomy varieties and other items, like clothes, accessories, toys, different types of utility items, books, and whatnot.

There are four entry-exit accesses to enter the Zola market:

  • Rue des Bourets at the level of the “Nicolas” sign,
  • Rue Desbassayns de Richemont (at the top opposite the post office)
  • At the bottom of the Jacques Chirac esplanade,
  • Lastly, from rue Emile Zola.
