Interesting facts about Gilafi kébab
Gilafi kébab has also arrived from Middle-east Asia to the world. As per Historians, in ancient times, Soldiers used to dig up an oven on earth and grill hunted meat wrapped on skewers. This Kebab gets its name from the Urdu word Gilaf, which means cover.
So Gilafi kebab means a Seekh kebab with a covering of veggies. Gilafi kebab seems much similar to seekh kebab, except they are more colorful, textured & healthy due to the presence of different antioxidant-rich veggies. This kebab is much softer and melts in the mouth than regular seekh kebabs.

Preparation of Gilafi kébab
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, roasted and crushed cumin, coriander, peppercorn, chilly flakes, whole spices powder, tandoori masala(optional), and salt. Leave it overnight or at least 2-3 hours in the fridge. Then grind it with 2-3 bread slices, fresh coriander, and mozzarella cheese.
Make kebab on skewers from this mixture and roll it over chopped veggies( bell pepper, onions, capsicum & deseeded tomatoes). Brush some oil on top and Bake it in preheated oven @180 for 10-15 minutes till they turn golden brown from both sides. (flip in between)
Tip: One Can also barbeque it over charcoal, grill it, or shallow fry it as per your preferences.
