How to Prepare a Jaggery Tea or Gur ki chai to reap benefits of Jaggery in Winter.
- In a pan, add 1 cup of water
- Add 1 tsp tea leaves and bring it to a boil.
- Now add 1tsp jaggery /gud as a sweetener.
- Voila, Strain your tea, and your Black jaggery tea is ready.
- For Milk tea, Take 1/2 cup water +1/2 cup milk, add 1 tsp tea leaves and boil
- simmer for 1-2 minutes and continue to boil.
- Now strain the tea, add 1 tsp jaggery, and your gud ki chai is ready.
